Oh. My. God. I listened to the whole CD twice last night before I passed the fuck out. I personally have to say I enjoy this album more than volume 1. The darker theme really works well and EVERY TRACK is a banger. Imperial is definitely one of my favorites and Streets has one of the dirtiest beats I’ve heard yet and I love it. For those of you who haven’t copped this yet, don’t you dare sleep on it.

That is some awesome artwork. It needs to be a CD cover in itself. Freddie Gibbs, one of my favorite new artists, destroyed this track and Natti held it down as always. I was so hyped when I saw this collab and yall definitely delivered.

Spinning the 4 tracks until I get the CD, patiently waiting!!

Have been enjoying this constantly on my morning / evening commutes, since they’re 90 minutes on a train. I don’t know if it really holds up with the Journey theme of SJV1, but it’s definitely a lush, impressive, slightly disturbing album. The sound, I think, is more cohesive than that of SJV1, with that modern, warped, dirty sound for which Kno is quickly becoming known. Imperial is *sick*, Cashmere’s track gave me the shivers, and the instrumental for Cocaine makes me want to hear an SOS “Bionic” remix on top of it. Definitely staying in my regular playlist for a while.

And does Kno’s neighbor really have those curtains?
