It’s been a while since QN5 has made it’s presence felt in NYC. So we expect the blue schoolers to come out in full force and show support for our very own PackFM!

Saturday August 23 will mark 416 consecutive weeks of New York’s longest-running weekly hip hop show. To commemorate this milestone EOW is producing a celebration with a free outdoor concert on the waterfront of Manhattan’s East River.

This free outdoor concert will feature respected Hip Hop legends performing alongside up and coming talent. The venue is the East River Amphitheater, one of New York City’s best-kept secrets. It is located at Grand Street and the East River Park and is best know from the legendary Hip Hop movie Wildstyle. This amazing venue features sweeping views of the East River, the Brooklyn water front with hillside bleacher seating.

The show will open to the public at noon, with performances beginning at 2pm and lasting until 6pm.

This would be an all age’s event with no admission charge that is completely open to the public.
