Brian “Thuro” Simpson, active Kentucky hip-hop artist, huge CunninLynguists & Kynfolk supporter and friend of Natti’s since middle school, died of gunshot wounds this past weekend in Lexington. Prayers go out to his immediate family, Natti and all who knew him.
