[RANT] Not Enough Hours In The Day…

Peace World, I’m coming to y’all live via mobile phone while patiently awaiting an oil change and an alignment. I figured what better time than the present to talk about what’s been on mind.

I’m so grateful for all of the blessings I’ve received this year. But believe me when I tell things do not get easier.

Life has thrown my family a few curve-balls in the midst of all of this. And we’re all doing our best to maintain. But as most of you know that’s never a simple task when you’re being tested.

On top of that, I feel like I can never find enough time and that I’m constantly playing catch up. Don’t get it twisted, I’d much rather be busy than bored but as an elder once told me, “Even God took a day off”.

So come September when my little bundle of joy arrives, I’m gonna kick back for a few weeks and do what real fathers do. It’ll be a much needed brief break from the music before I hit the road again.

“Hit the road again??? Where are you touring this time Substantial?” The East Coast folks! Start getting at your local promoters. I’ll tell you more later. For now thanks for reading and stay tuned.
