CunninLynguists – “Nothing to Give (LIVE)” @ QN5 Megashow 2009

For those of you among the 600+ in attendance at the QN5 Megashow 2009, you knew you were part of a special night. If not, here’s a “glimpse” of what you missed. Here, CunninLynguists perform their APOS-classic “Nothing To Give” LIVE with Club Dub at the Highline Ballroom (NYC). Audio from this performance is taken directly from Strange Journey Volume Two which drops on available 11.03.09 (You pre-ordered, right?). This footage was shot by Da Bomb Imagery. Could the ‘APOS LIVE DVD’ be around the corner in 2010?

The quality is insane in this video, I am sooo down to get the DVD. Great performance too, live bands make shows that much better.

This is why Tone and QN5 banned all of your shitty camera phones from taking video. Quality looks greaT. Looking forward to the Cunninlyguists DVD, although a QN5 Megashow DVD would be THAT much sicker. I’ll stop being greedy.

A great live track, in my OPINION, maintains the great qualities of the original song while adding something new.

I love “Nothing to Give,” I love the live version of it without live instruments, but I think I may love this version the most.

Props to all musicians, singers, and CL for makin an amazing live album. And props to Dabomb for cuttin this together.
