Longtime QN5-collaborator DJ JS-1 recently released his latest production album, Ground Original 2: No Sell Out, which features a slew of collaborations with damn near every notable MC to grace a mic in the past 20 years. everything he says is real. I was actually talking about Rubox (Beatboxer), he won the Kollaboration (Huge Asian talent competition) down in Atlanta against about 100 contestants and it was crazy for a Beatboxer to take it. I was saying though, what’s gonna separate him from the rest is once he drops that official album. DJ JS-1 is absolutely right on that, so many talented artist out there who won’t officially get that artist stamp until they really drop something and prove they can release something that can be played at will. This JS-1 album is one of the few albums in a long time I actually want to own.

That was a really nice interview. JS-1, as a DJ, is so technically sound-I really like his work.

Now, I’m gonna go on YouTube and see if I can find that Regis & Kelly performance.
