The next guys weren’t too bad, actually. I think that was The Camp (?) It was the guy in the jorts….
What are Jorts? Jean shorts? We used to say shants, or ports. Or capri’s

and the intro to It’s You is a gorgeous thing to hear….
It’s funny that you say that, I’ve been thinkin the same thing. Those keys at the begining especially sound so crisp live. I’ve honestly turned my cheap ass sony street style headphones all the way up a couple times trying to recreate the effect. haha
Oh and by the way, who was the kid working the merch table at the end of the night? White dude, curly brown hair I think. White T-shirt, and had somethin written all over it. I got over and he was like “Yo what’s up I’ve been waitin for you to swing by all night!” I was just thinkin…do…do I know you dog? Anyway kinda caught me off guard

Deac
Actually that was T.mo’s homeboy that helped him hold down merch that night.
okay- so I’m finally awake and functioning… goooooooooooood shit… altho I wish I hadn’t been so exhausted and chillen in the VIP exclusive section towards the end of the night.
of course I watched CL’s set- but I should have experienced it w/in the crowd… but my people left me and I was hangin out w/ the “cool” kids…
either way- show was amazing and worth the 2 hrs of sleep I got….
i am getting old- because I used to do this shit ALL the time… and there was absolutely no way I would have survived going to NY for that show. if i was a youngn- i would have made it to both shows, but hey I did what I could.
ginabeans! im insulted you said your people left you…i never moved from my spot at the front of the stage the whole night.
anyway…great show. i was only able to bring one friend, but she had an OUWESOME time. i found the crowd to be a little annoying. they were antsy and those who didnt know stan or pack fm kept complaining that they needed to stop with the “opening acts” so i turned around and set them straight. however…apparently people dont take little white chicks seriously at hip hop shows. bastids.
stan was working so hard through his voice. i didnt mind since i knew the songs anyway and ive heard him live. of course i loved hearing “its you” just as much as everyone else.
pack wanted so badly to bring out the hype in the crowd. his set was energetic and diverse. i had so much fun i forgot my feet were killing me during “stomp”. loved it..except i got yelled at by pack for being too loud at the beginning of “click clack and spray” (my bad). hahaha
CL just knows how to pump people up. they interacted a lot with the audience and drew us in even though it was late and people were tired. oddly enough i dont know their music as well as pack or stan’s, but i’ll have to get better with that because i loved every song they did.
it was nice seeing the people i knew (pack..you gotta work on your pool skills and stan your baby is BEAUTIFUL!), wish i had made plans in advance to meet the other blue schoolers who were there
