Okay, I think its definitely related:

To get from Maya Angelou Elementary School to 2250 Collins, you have to drive across the Biscayne Bay.

...I can’t find the exact address, but Fulgencio Batista’s home is somewhere along the Biscayne Bay.

I say all the blue schoolers go down to Miami over xmass break and figure this out!
