Chico And The Man › dates… kinda

at the concert in Münster, Germany i spoke with the lynguists a little bit, just a little… and i got some interesting Information. Information that really got me going:
1. about 80% of the Album are written
2. Next step recording, then mixing… obviously.
3. Supposed to drop in NOVEMBER.

and it is supposed to be an amazing new style on the beats, something noone has ever heard…


we are allowed to be looking forward to this I would say.

Agreed.

I’m moving to a different part of the country for the first time in september too, as I’m going to university - so it’s going to be a very different stage of my life and I think the music will really tap into that. Especially if Pack/SOS is dropped in the summer, as the very different stages of my life will be represented with very different styles of music.

I’m pretty sure it’ll come out within the last 2 weeks of the year (which is Winter). Depending on when it’s shipped and all that though, I’m not sure if we’ll have copies of the album on time for Christmas gifts. Might have to hand out a bunch of “IOU CATM” Christmas cards.

i’m thinking you’re probably right. i doubt there’s enough time between now and anytime before that for all the shit to get finished…
