I personally would have loved to see more Blue Schoolers in attendance for this gig. We managed, but I was surprised at how many folks flaked after RSVPing.

It’s not every day Pack releases an album, ya know.

Pack performed most of IFHR. Dominion performed and Tone smashed it when he went on. J-Zone just DJed.

during ‘here we go,’ when tone was on stage backing pack, and stan, mecca, poison pen and everyone else were standing on stage, there was a moment where i could just feel the love on stage. yes, you always have moments at rap shows where there are 3493884 dudes on stage, but this was different.

stan had what seemed to me like the widest and most genuine smile in the world, and he was completely vibing with the music and just happy to watch. coupled with pack and tone’s amazing on-stage chemistry, it was just too great. everyone knows qn5 is a family, but you could really feel it when you saw how freaking happy everyone was for pack. it’s that type of completely infectious and impressive crew love that makes the megashow so special, and to feel a piece of it at the release party really made me miss the megashow.

i wish everyone could’ve been there.

I wish I could’ve been there, but life interefered. After missing this, I have no right to bitch about there not being a 2010 megashow. What was the set list? I’m guessing IFHR in it’s entirety and some old hits?

Seriously.

Recap coming up real soon. As far as set list… I performed every song on the album front to back including the bonus cuts. As well as a super exclusive unreleased track with Tone.

SMH if u missed it for whatever reason. I dont really plan on performing the entire album again anytime soon. And chances of another NYC show b4 2011 are really really slim now.
