fugg yeah! Met the dude at a concert in Denmark and he’s really kool and friendly Smile.. That’s a nice memory of minez - especially because I later that night bumbed into a slightly drunk Jus Allah (who played at the same concert earlier that night) and escorted him to the afterparty they held downtown. And Jus’ freestyle skills ain’t the same when he isn’t sober Very Happy lol

supastitiooooon

7 years of baaad lu-u-uck!

I’m pretty sure he goes by Kam Moye now though - his gov’t name. He is awesome. I never really thought about where he was from.

haha yup. my home state of norf carolina. gotta love them southern boys. Supa does have some serious skills though and thanks for the update on the name change. I missed his ‘09 release cause i had no idea he changed it up

I’d like to hear Kno’s response to this question. ATLiens seems to have had a huge influence on his sound IMO (Aquemini as well).

Has CL ever reached out to Kast to link up on a track? I can picture Dre & Big Boi killing so many of Kno’s beats. I know you guys have fuxed with some other DF members so I’d think you’d be able to get in touch with them. They’ve gotta appreciate what you guys do for southern hip-hop. You’ve pretty much been carrying the torch in their absence.

Geto boys
Z Ro
Trae
K rino & the spc
Screwed up click

Point blank
Three six mafia
Klondike kat
Outkast
Killer mike
Blac monks
Big mello

Big krit
And the list goes on.

Well I Can tell you that in my eyes there is never gonna be another rapper like Andre 3000 he is literally to me the Michael Jordan of rap. Atliens isnt just the best hip hop album ever to me its the best album in music once again to me. Aquemini isn’t to far behind. Aside from Outkast though I’d say Cunninlynguists, Ugk, Scarface, Killer Mike, T.I., Three 6 Mafia, Nappy Roots, Goodie Mob (entire dungeon family), & Big Krit. Id say out of those my Favorite 3 are Outkast Cunninlynguists & UGK. I was actually just listening to Ridin Dirty when I saw this topic.

I’d add Three 6 Mafia and Jim Crow to my list above ^. I gotta give Deacon mad props for the Jim Crow mention. That album is great.
