Natti has stepped up his game every CL release. He ran away with Oneirology. He’s one of the best emcees doing it right now.

I’ve thought this for the longest time myself, actually. It’s always seemed like to most fans that Kno is the only/most important member of the group instead of looking at them as a super collective; three individuals who have a true passion for music and putting their all into it, and couldn’t do it without one another, thus making them pretty much the best and most consistent group in Hip Hop right now. Deacon will forever be the man, I stand by that until my last breath, and Natti is incredible and is only getting better. I don’t think one day goes by where I don’t listen to “Oneirology” at least once, even if not all the way through. This record should be in any so-called music lover’s collection.
I try not to single any member out too much tbh. I find each and every member of CL dope as fuck and they all bring something different to the table. I will always look at CunninLynguists as a whole.
It wouldn’t be right to only praise Kno and still call CunninLynguists my favorite group and/or band anyway, that shit just doesn’t make much sense..
Another monologue from my part on Deacon and Natti’s dopeness would seem empty in this sea of such soliloquisms…so I’ll just say that outside of this website I agree 100% that Deacon and Natti are very underappreciated and that I love their work. Same with Kno, I think he’s much better as an MC than most people give him credit for. Cunninlynguists are awesome. Rock on.
My love’s always been out to them as a whole…I think sometimes it gets a little one-sided on the forums towards Kno cuz he is a bit more active on the forums, it’s a bit more likely to hear from him than Deacon or Natti…either way Natti/Deac: much respect to the both of you, not many in the game who come even close to you in regards to lyricism, style, and flow.
But all 3 of you guys engaged the crowd better than I’ve seen just about any group do while performing (I went to the L.A. show) can’t wait to see you guys next time you come through…kinda wish I would have done a road trip to see you in Yuma and Phx…

Seriously, the progression of the group is mind-boggling. And the men from KY have been holdin’ it down fantastically. I turn into a hiphop fan all over again when I watch them perform. And I’m a hater. I am blessed to know them.
When I first found out about Natti joining I was skeptical. Now he is quite possibly my favorite mc ever. He can just drop that poetry and make it look effortless.
Deacon is and always has been great. I have much appreciation for all the lynguists.
Deacon’s amazing but where’s the Natti love????? He’s a beast!!!!!!!!!! Since he became the 2nd 3rd man in the group he’s straight killed everything he’s been on! Both are the type of Emcee’s that give you reasons to listen to albums again and again to pickup stuff you didn’t hear the first-time, second, third etc time! We need more Emcee’s like that!
yeah we do Tone! I love their lyrics and vocals, some of my all time fave lyrics are theirs, and their lyrics on Stars Shine Brightest got me through some shit this year! That song totally kept me going and if they read this: thank you so much!
