The video was awesome, the music was awesome and the live song was awesome. Qn5 has this thing with making us wait for something huge and giving something even bigger than we expected ( and we expected a lot ).
Anyone got to write down the lyrics? :p
I’ll definitely be getting a couple special editions and a couple regular copies…damn I can’t wait…gonna be insane. The next few months should be crazy with singles, videos, final artwork, pre orders popping up.
Watched the video deacon tweeted again and noticed at the end some dude fades out behind a woman. Can’t wait to see what else is going on in the video! Man I’m freaking pumped for this album!

Jaws = dropped.
This isn’t an exaggeration, people. The crowd went from raucous cheers during the puppet intro for the Chico and the Man video to an, almost, immediate silence. It was incredible.
After having all of these overwhelming events take place over the past few days.. I think I can finally settle myself enough to dish out my thoughts on this topic.
I can’t express how happy I am that Tone & Kno have finally been able to slap a precise release date on CATM. It benefits all artists and fans involved.. and maybe it’ll finally get the “it’s never coming out, Tone can’t release a record” fucks to put a cock in it.
And god damn.. the video for “One Thousand Ships”.. unbelievable.
When you guys who couldn’t make it to the show finally get to see it.. Christ.. It’s by FAR, I’m talking miles and kilometers and shit, the most polished and visually stunning video from QN5 to-date. Hell, I’d even say it’s leaps and bounds beyond what a lot of famous people do with their typical bullshit videos as far as being a legitimate representation of beautiful music and artistry. The settings of the scenes, the characters, the lyrics, the production (THE FUCKING BEAT, SON!), the mystery.. everything is so stunning and poetic.
I had to ask Tone myself after seeing it, and he confirmed that the video and single will be released after the next level of the Work For It campaign is completed. So, once we see a new Twitter update from CATM.. let’s hop on that shit like a fucking beast.. cuz I want to see the video (again) too. hahaha
I can’t even really touch on “Mermaid’s Lullaby”.. that was just a rapid speed headfuck. haha And it was REALLY nice to hear that Tone & Kno are re-doing “My Lady” so that it’s a new experience when the album is finally in our hands. All this news is tremendously exciting. I’m 1,000,000x more pumped.
P.S. For anyone who’s unsure, “One Thousand Ships” - the video/single - is the previously unnamed song that was performed at the 2009 Megashow.
