Just some different ideas though if someone with more experience and a decent photoshop program wants to expand on it.

You probably want to give a bit of information like a website or a name or something on that though. It’s one thing to have it simple and interesting and another for it to be so simple that people are interested but have no idea what it is or how to find more information about it.

True…I just don’t have the program though to add text to it and make it look decent. I did one with the info but it looked like crap and out of place. I just threw out a background with it that I thought meshed pretty well together and figured someone may want to add on to it if they liked it enough.

Image blender. It’s good when I can get it to work. Sometimes it won’t save the image correctly and I can’t seem to get some images to resize how I want them to.

i realized after i uploaded it that i didn’t use any of the images you guys made, which i could have done easily had i remembered. oh well. theres plenty of information and i have plenty of subscribers so hopefully it’ll get a shit ton of views

I got a couple more people interested, is there any noticable change yet after everything people did here? (Don’t have FB).

Also, don’t know if it has been suggested yet but wouldn’t a more guerilla style tactic be usefull? Maybe someone can make a stencil of the Fetuseahorse with a clue or a link that people can print and cut out, and we tag places where the CATM type of croud hangs? Or could that mean trouble?

Or some cheap flyering or local newspaper ads, a bunch people here are willing to spend alot of money on the album as i read in other threads, why not spend a little on promotion? Maybe that’s something to think about when there’s an actual releasedate.

Everyone on Spotify turn on your listening so it’s posts to facebook. Play “My Lady” + other Tonedeff & Kno tracks. Create a playlist w/ a couple Tonedeff & Kno/CL tracks + “My Lady” then click and drag said playlist to friends on side bar of spotify.

Is there going to be some official QN5 promo team plan for Chico and The Man? I ask because I am taking a Public Relations class and have an assignment where we have to do some PR volunteer work for a company or non-profit of our choice and I was looking to be involved in the promotion of Chico and The Man. I think it will be great too because it seems that QN5 wants more effort in the promotion of this Chico and The Man album than they do for any other QN5 release ever. I’m totally new to Public Relations. Just had the first class last week but the professor says the assignment is for us to spend several weeks with a company doing some volunteer PR work.

Is the promotion for the Chico and The Man album going to stay at this Blue Schooler level?, no offense to Blue Schooler promoters(not that aware of your capabilities although I know word of mouth is a strong tool for an independent label). Or will there be some official QN5 promotional event that Blue Schoolers can be involved in?

Wasn’t there a guy on this forum that was like the organizer for Blue Schooler promotional events? Is it Moody Blue? Sorry I don’t frequent this forum enough. But I’ve been a fan of Tonedeff and Kno for many years now and CATM is one of the most anticipated albums ever for me, so i’d like to do what I can to promote it right but I’d also like to kill the other bird by using the promotion I do to take care of the Public Relations assignment. I just don’t know where to start. I see all these blue schoolers trying to come up with ideas to promote the album and I have nothing, not even a properly set up Facebook page.

Also what would be the measurement of a successful promotion of CATM to QN5? Is QN5 looking make the CATM album the most sold QN5 release? or on par with the most sold QN5 release? Whatever the goal, I’m down to help. I just don’t know where to start.
