Noir is cool but it’s just way too mello. Starcrossed hits hard and from all angles plus Starcrossed has a concept/story to it.

Your mention made me revisit Noir and I appreciate it a little more but I still think it’s a little too mello but I like it a little more than I did when I first heard it. I’ll give it more listens as it seems to be getting better with each listen.

This will mean nothing to yall but it’s a solid 9.5

^ never listened to it, but good to know there are more Dutch people here.

Darktime Sunshine - ANX

album of the year.

Listening to it right now. Like I said in the other thread, some really good music. I’m not really a fan of Onry Ozzborn but Zavala’s production on ANX is flawless. They better release the instrumentals.

That’s what I love about it

Porcelain is one of the best songs I’ve ever heard. I can relate to the message of breaking your own heart.

Ace hood - body bag 2

Starvation was way better

9.5/10

real solid album and lyricism

I don’t know how to post a picture on here yet but A Piece of Strange was the last album I listened to. Easy 10/10.

Get the URL (with Firefox: right click, view image info, copy the selected link) to the image, paste it in the comment box where ever you want it to show up then put [img*] in front of it and [/img*] at the end - but take out the asterisks.

I mean I could be a troll and just say.. I’m listening to my profile picture but that’d be corny as fuck.

Slaughterhouse mixtape - On The House

Love the mixture of Hip Hop and hardcore/punk rock. I feel this band has so much potential to do great things.
7.2/10

Killer Mike & El-P are Run the Jewels 9/10. i expected no less.

^ That is the last album I’ve listened to as well. I’d give it a solid 8-8.5. I’ve only had two listens but I’m really enjoying it. The beats are steller and El-P and Killer Mike sound great sharing time on the mic. I enjoyed Cancer for the Cure and R.A.P. Music, but this album really does it for me. I didn’t even hesitate buying the vinyl after the first listen.

edit.

I just listened to “Somethin For Tha Listeners” again by Epidemic. As of right now it is my #2 favorite album of the year so far right behind “Flowers For My Father”. I give this album a very solid 9/10. I can’t recommend this album enough.
