BIOGRAPHY

Extended Famm (aka eFamm), is a joint project by Tonedeff, PackFM, Substantial & Session. The idea behind eFamm is simple...make the most innovative crew cuts possible. With Tonedeff, Elite & Deacon The Villain lending their production talents to the record, the results are justifiably blazing.

As individual artists, the members of Extended Famm are emerging at the forefront of the underground scene. As a group, there is an undeniable chemistry between them that bursts forth on ground breaking cuts like "Line Drop" and the wireless theme song, "Celly". Songs like these are proof positive that they've managed to break the conceptual shackles of the "The Posse Cut" and pushed it into a new direction. Not to abandon their underground roots, HFYS is laced with tried & true battle-ready anthems like "FYIRB (Remix)", and "The Evil That Pens Do". And with an obscenity average of 4.5 CWPM, you can't go wrong! Just one listen to Happy F*ck You Songs will reaffirm your faith that hip-hop is very much alive and kicking. You probably just weren't looking in the right places.

The reaction to HFYS has been tremendous, as they've appeared The Source Magazine's "Off The Radar" and "Bar Code" column, URB, Import Tuner, and MTV's "Hop-Hop Week." Sales of the group's anthemic "F*ck You, I Rhyme Better!" T-Shirt have skyrocketed, further proving they're onto something much bigger.

After countless shows where they headlined around the country, or opening for the likes of Brand Nubian, Dead Prez, Beatnuts, Rahzel and Wordsworth, they've begun working on their follow up, which they claim will completely upstage their debut. With a grin and an extended middle finger aimed at the artform's detractor's, Extended Famm sets themselves up for their next kill.

Another Extended Famm album is planned for 2006.
