While we were out in Colorado for the couple shows earlier this month, we had the chance to hang with our official clothing sponsors, Akomplice Clothing. They’ve already expanded their organization and are looking to do even bigger and better things in ‘08. We’re hella proud to rock the fly ass gear they output, but even happier with the fact they always show love and are overall good people – and in business, that’s not something anyone should take for granted.

The night we arrived in Aspen, we shot some flicks for their upcoming season’s ad campaign. They’re just starting to kick off a new denim line which is definitely official with the stitching and we got a preview of the new tees. The designs just seem to get wilder and wilder, and yes there’s even some MORE collector’s editions of the now-famous ‘Liberty Tee’. You can peep me rockin the new ‘Taj Mahal’ reversible hoodie in some of the pics from the Aspen show @ The Belly Up. I can attest to the fact that the shit looks just a fresh in reverse as it does on the flipside.

The morning before we headed back to Boulder, the Akomplice fam made us breakfast! When was the last time you had friends hook you up with croissants! That was definitely something we didn’t expect and something I sincerely appreciated. Hopefully, when they come to NYC, we can show them the same level of hospitality. Maybe we can make it an annual thing. lol

On a sidenote: apparently, Mike (the designer) was bitten by a fucking Black Widow Spider last week. Thankfully, he’s doing ok, but that further strengthens my resolve to never live in the rustic areas of the world. We wish him a speedy recovery. And yo…fuck spiders…for real.
