Not only is it another summer Wednesday morning in New York City, but it also marks the release of the video for my favorite song of the year – Substantial’s “Resurrection of the House Party (f/ Deacon The Villain)” - [Produced By Fero Navi]. This is taken from Substantial’s upcoming QN5 debut album, Sacrifice due out early this fall (no, seriously).

A Few Details

For those who are wondering, the change-up in the middle is a remix of the Algorhtym-produced “That Damn Good” which will be available as part of the digi-single on iTunes. The original “Solo” version will appear on the Sacrifice album.

This album bangs front to back like double-penetration porn, and we’re extremely excited about finishing out the year with 2 stellar albums from the QN5 camp, (ie. “Sacrifice” and CunninLynguists – “Dirty Acres”). I wanna personally congratulate Substantial on the birth of his first music video (hopefully with more to come), and I hope everyone else follows suit.
