Archetexture DVD (Chapter 16) – “Case Closed”

We’ve been uploading alot of clips to our official QN5 Youtube Channel lately, and I’ve been noticing alot of ‘FASTEST RAPPER’ videos poppin up to the tune of “Velocity” from the HFYS album. I’m definitely flattered that folks make all this stuff with their own time. At the same time, I’m chuckling at all these people mumbling & slurring the fuck out of absolutely nonsensical bullshit in their attempts to be Mr. Fast Rapper #1. That’s never really been my goal.

I guess when I made the decision to do fast shit, I set myself up to be the subject of countless Tonedeff Vs Twista Vs Bizzy Bone Vs Tech N9ne Vs Busta Rhymes Vs Rebel XD (lmfao) Vs Random Mumbling Webcam Guy debates. Honestly, it is what it is. But please, if you’re going to engage in these debates, please for the love of god get familiar with the rest of my catalog before you jump into the fray believing that’s all I do.

If you look at the discography, there’s really only a handful of songs where I fuck around with the speed limits. This video might help explain some of that. For those of you who have never heard the term Archetexture, (and there’s plenty of you) – it’s the title of the DVD documentary included with my debut album Archetype. For the love of god, cop it already.

Funny enough, watching this video for the first time since the damn album came out an entire century ago (ie. 2005 A.D.) – I laugh, cause I’ve gotten even MORE nimble with these verses. If you don’t know what I mean, I guess you’ll just have to see it for yourself next time I rock in your town.

But it won’t matter, cause I could rhyme a fucking vortex into the space time continuum and the masses would still say Twista is the fastest. Gotta love PR.
